Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on the 28th of October 1967 in Atlanta. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts who settled in Atlanta. Her father was a young man when he began to take an interest in theater. He was a part of stage on the Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions in Atlanta. In 1953, he joined the Air Force, and was stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he appeared in productions with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple got married and, in 1956, their child Eric Anthony was born. Walter was a student at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957, the couple had a break from the military and Walter began studying at Tulane University. In 1960, the family relocated into Decatur Georgia where Walter began working for Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1964, Walter along with Betty Lou began production on an on-sunday morning local children's television program called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded themselves. They created an Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year. The workshop took six years to complete. In the meantime, they also had two other youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
